30-Day Service Warranty

Authorized Service Kathmandu provides a 30-day warranty on all labor and parts used during our repair services. If the same issue persists within 30 days of the original repair, we will fix it free of charge.

  • Coverage for replaced parts.
  • Coverage for labor costs related to the original repair.
  • Priority scheduling for warranty claims.

What is Covered?

Our warranty covers any defects in the parts we replaced and the workmanship of our technicians. If a part fails or the specific problem we fixed returns, you are covered.

What is Not Covered?

  • New problems unrelated to the original repair.
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or external factors (e.g., power surges, physical damage).
  • Repairs attempted by unauthorized third parties.
  • Commercial use of residential appliances (unless specified).
