By scheduling a service with Authorized Service Kathmandu, you agree to allow our technicians to inspect and repair your appliance. We will provide an estimate before beginning any major work.
Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept cash and major digital wallets (eSewa, Khalti, Fonepay).
We provide a 30-day warranty on repairs as detailed in our Warranty Policy.
Please notify us at least 2 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
While we take every precaution, Authorized Service Kathmandu is not liable for pre-existing damage to appliances or damage resulting from age/wear and tear during the repair process.
